June 27th, 2011 Web Hosting

In an announcement made by FST Servers, the company pronounced the release of its virtual machine (VM) control panel with an automatic VM provisioning. The FST Control Panel has been open for use to new and existing customers since June 7th.

Apart from the automatic VM provisioning feature which enables clients to quickly develop a new VM, the account management and ticketed support for users is provided by the system. FST Control Panel allows users to have greater control on their VM requirements, like asking for extra IP addresses, simple development and management of numerous VMs and setting reverse DNS.

“Our goal with the FST Control Panel was to make it simpler for our customers to manage their VMs and make more as needed,” said Joe Steinkamp, partner at FST Servers. “New VMs can be produced at the click of a button.”

The recently released FST Control Panel also has a new VM plot, VM-0 priced at $4 per month, using which clients can get 128 MB RAM, 7 GB of hard disk, 500 GB of bandwidth and all of the resources of dedicating hosting on XenServer.
