Oracle Corporation recently announced it has entered into an agreement with FatWire, a firm that sells web content management system software. Founded in 1996, FatWire developed and launched Content Server 6.0 WCM in 2004 after acquiring Open Market’s Enterprise content management software assets one year before. Prior to the Oracle acquisition, FatWire partnered with EMC Corporation in 2010.
