SalvusAlerting Introduces Private Label Security Alert Service for Web Hosts
According to an announcement made by SalvusAlerting, a Cyber-wellbeing alert provider, the company has developed a mark service for web hosts which will allow them to sell it to their customers under their own name. This newly launched service aids web hosts in keeping a check, tracking and warning clients in this area impending threats.
“We help you stop the terrible guys,” Tom Canavan, CEO of FactNgN, the parent company of Salvus Alerting said in a statement. “Software vulnerabilities and attacks plague online businesses at a cost of billions of dollars. Major corporations have been hit hard, having intellectual property stolen through cybercrime.”
The company takes prides in its service stating that due to this alert service, customers can get a heads up on potential threats and take appropriate measures hostile to them. A statement made by the company claims that many web hosting companies use this alert service because usually “simple acts such as updating a server’s software helps stop most of the activity.”
Last year in November, a web hosting company named Rochen teamed up with SalvusAlerting. Together both companies issued a “proactive vulnerability notification service” for customers. The service is valued at $95.95. The service page includes notifications for scripts, plug-ins with proper guidelines on how to decipher the problems the notification has brought to notice.
