In the early morning of Friday, February 19 th , 2011, Paypal suffered from a brief outage causing all transactions to be halted and their website to go down. According to the Paypal Developer’s Network, the issue began exactly at 12:11am PST and was resolved over an hour later at 1:23am PST.
